Good Narrative Principles

Licking Blue Glass

I know for sure it’s out there. The thing. Must be around the corner. Move super fast, crane my neck I can almost see it. But I never get close. It’s the idea of it just out of reach that’s getting to me. Under my skin. Like treasure. Scooping up bright shinny treasure. Under the water. With the sunlight licking the glass blue upwards. Lemon yellow and sand. Can you see it? Gentle waves. Refracted from above.
